While we take every precaution to ensure safe and stress-free travel, transportation involves certain risks beyond our control, including but not limited to traffic delays, extreme weather, mechanical issues, or unexpected animal behavior. By booking transport, you acknowledge and accept these inherent risks.

 

We are not veterinarians and do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. In the event of illness, injury, or emergency during transport, we will use our best judgment to secure veterinary care as quickly as possible and contact the owner immediately. Any related veterinary expenses are the responsibility of the pet’s owner.

 

All pets transported across state lines must have a valid health certificate (Certificate of Veterinary Inspection) issued by a licensed veterinarian, in compliance with USDA and APHIS regulations. It is the owner’s responsibility to provide accurate documentation prior to pickup. Failure to provide required paperwork may result in transport delays or cancellation.
